Photo-inhibition of Vav2 produces reversible contraction

HeLa cells expressing photo-inhibitable Vav2 (PI-Vav2) shrank in the light, and rapidly recovered in the dark. Blue dot indicates irradiation. White arrows point to regions undergoing retraction. Cells were visualized using Lifeact-mCherry.
